Tim Krof is a full-time inspector with Home Standards Inspection Services.
Tim was a project manager for new construction for 18 yrs. Prior to that
he was involved with general construction as he worked his way through college.
Tim also worked with his father who was a plumber.
Tim is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and a member of the Greater Omaha Area ASHI group.

Jon Vacha manages the daily operations of the Home Standards home office. He manages the accounting department and is in involved in the marketing and scheduling for Home Standards. Jon also has extensive construction experience, having worked in construction through high school and college.

Meet Jon Vacha
Steve Vacha, owner and manager of Home Standards, has 20 years of experience as a remodeling contractor and spec home builder, and another 15 years experience as an inspector. Steve began inspecting properties in 1996 and has more than 10 Years experience as a full-time home inspector in the Omaha area. He recieved his certified inspector designation from ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) in 2003.
Steve has a BA degree in Philosophy.
